   * park print head X and Y both to 0
   * set retraction to 0
   * set standby temp to printing temp
   * method: Marlin (M0)
  * when the printer pauses
    * remove old color and set new color in
    * manually push the filament through the nozzle until the new color shows up
    * ever so slightly pull back the filament (manual retract) so the new color doesn't splodge onto the print
    * clean the nozzle
    * click the knob on the printer to resume the print
