  * glass cleaner
  * towel or rag
  * level
  * measuring tape
  * masking or painter's tape
  * scissors
  
=== procedure ===
  * clean surface
  * line up sticker using level or measuring tape.
  * using masking tape or blue painter's tape, secure vinyl by taping the top corners
  * using masking tape or blue painter's tape tape exactly in the middle with tape running vertically top to bottom and securing vinyl to window
  * peel tape off one side and fold back to center tape
  * peel backer off holding tape against wall
  * take pair of scissors and cut release liner
  * keeping straight and tight put vinyl against wall 
  * squeegee vertically from middle out: middle to beyond top edge, middle to below bottom edge, then move to the left/right and repeat
  * after you finish first half of sign do the same on the other side
  * if it is cold get the outside (not the part against the window) wet with soapy water so it adheres better
  * peel tape off vertically. Go slow.
